Seiryu Systema is committed to researching, developing, testing, and producing elite self-defense training for law abiding citizens, private security agencies, law enforcement, and the military.  We offer private training for beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners in armed and unarmed self-defense engagement and tactics.  

 

Our curriculum and methodology is grounded in Systema which is a military combative, not a traditional martial art.  Unlike traditional martial art, we don't care about sport-competition, katas or belts.  We only care about providing dynamic, realistic, and efficient self-defense training so our clients and their families can survive real world threats and encounters. 

Using Systema principle, our fighting arts training consists of breathing, movement drills, body weight exercises, stretching, grappling

Therefore, when you train with us, you train so you can recognize and escape threat, defend yourself, and protect loved-ones when it counts most.

To effectively and efficiently defend yourself and your family from violent criminals and predators, you must not limit yourself to only one martial art system or combative style.
